Before installing any of these services you must be using FireFox 3.0 or Internet Explorer version 5.0.5 (or higher) and allow Signed ActiveX Controls to be loaded.
If prompted for a password:
MEDITECH employees should use their regular corporate access password
Customers should use the same password used for accessing MEDITECH.com content (enter "W3" for the Domain)
